Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 whole fryer chicken, about 3 or 4 pounds
Cold water to cover, about 12 cups
1 large onion, or 2 small ones
3 stalks of celery, cut in half
3 large carrots, cut in chunks
3 tbsp chicken boullion granules (boullion is used instead of salt)
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put ingredients in a large pot, cover and bring to a boil. Turn down heat to simmer. Cook for 2 to 3 hours. Remove vegetables and throw away. Remove chicken. Take off skin, save best parts to serve with soup, but not in it. Bring clear broth
back to boil and add separated home made noodles (see recipe)
