1/2 cup butter or oil
3 cups oats (use more oats if using quick oats)
1 cup milk
1/2 cup water
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 dollap honey
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Mix all. Place in greased 8x8 pan. (Double recipe in a 9x13). Bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes. Stir after 15 minutes of baking. (Should be almost crunchy on top).

Can make the night before. Refrigerate and place in over at 350º for 45-50 minutes. Top with any fruit, canned or fresh, coconut, jam, chocolate chips.
