1 cup whole wheat flour (fine)
1/2 cup corn meal
1/2 cup brown rice flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup oil (canola)
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup sucanat (sweetner)
1 cup pureed pumpkin
1/2 cup walnuts (in batter)
1/2 cup walnuts (on top of muffins)
1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cloves

Mix wet and dry ingredients seperately, then mix together. Pour into muffin pans and bake for about 20 minutes at 400º
