1 lb. hamburger meat
1 clove garlic - minced
1 T whole basil
1 1/2 t salt
1 (1 lb.) canned tomatoes
2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste
10 oz. pkg. wide lasagna noodles
3 C cottage cheese
1/2 C parmesan cheese
2 T parsley flakes
2 beaten eggs
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1/2 lb. Mozzerala Cheese
1/2 lb. Cheddar Cheese

Brown meat slowly, spoon off fat, add next five ingredients. Simmer, uncovered 30 min. Boil noodles until tender. Combine remaining ingredients except moz. and cheddar cheeses. Place 1/2 the noodles in a 9 x 13 baking dish, 1/2 cottage cheese filling, 1/2 meat mix and 1/2 moz and ched. cheese mix. Repeat layers. Bake at 375 about 30 min. Let stand 30 min. before cutting.
