1 C flour
1 stick butter (softened)
1/2 C nuts
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
1 C Cool Whip
1 C powdered sugar
1 lg. pkg. Instant chocolate pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and press into 9 x 13 pan: flour, butter and nuts. Bake at 375º for 15 min. Cool well.

Mix and spread cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 C Cool Whip on cooled crust. Ingredients must be room temperature.

Mix one large package of instant chocolate pudding - mix according to package using 3 C of milk. Spread on top of second layer.

Top with remaining Cool Whip and chill well.

An elegant dessert. Can substitute butterscotch pudding or lemon pudding for chocolate pudding.
