4 skinned, boned chicken breasts, 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper, 2-1/2 tsp dried tarragon, 1 Tbsp butter, 1 C heavy cream, 1 tsp lemon juice.

Directions:
Directions:
Season both sides of chicken with 1/4 tsp of salt & pepper and sprinkle with tarragon. Add cream to drippings and boil. Stir often, 4 min or until thickens and reduced to
2/3 cup. Pour over chicken & serve!
