#1; 3-8oz cream cheese, 4 eggs, 1/2 C sugar; 1 tsp vanilla
Mix above 'til creamy.
#2; Crust: 1 C Graham Cracker Crumbs mixed w 6 Tbsp.
butter. Press into spring tube pan.

Pour #1 into #2 and bake at 350º for 35 min. Turn off the
oven and leave cake in for 30 min. with oven door open.

Mix 1 pint sour cream; 1/4 C sugar and 1 tsp vanilla and
beat until creamy. Pour onto cake. Heat oven to 425º and
bake 10 minutres.

Cool overnight-top with can of cherries or perferred fruit.
