2 C cranberries, 3/4 C sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/3 C Farina,
2 C water.

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and put in kettle; 2 cups cranberries with 2 cups of
water. Let come to a boil and boil 10 minutes until
cranberries crack. Strain the juice (not the pulp) and put back on stove. Add sugar and salt and let come to a boil. Slowly add and stir in Farina and stir until it thickens, about 5 minutes. Slightly cool and beat into a fluffy creamy consistency, light pink in color. The more it is whipped, the fluffier it gets. Cool & serve with cream.
