1-1/2 T. butter
1/2 onion, chopped
4 oz. cream cheese
1-1/2 beef bouillion cubes dissolved in 1/2 C. hot water
1 egg
2 cloves garlic
1-1/2 cups cooked spinach or 1 package frozen spinach, drained well.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except spinach in blender and process until it looks like thick milk. Mix spinach with sauce and pour into lightly greased casserole. Bake a 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Can put a cracker crumb/butter topping on if desired.
