1 Cup Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Cup Shortening
1 Cup Sourdough Starter
1/4 tsp. Soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Cut in shortening until well mixed. Add starter and blend well.
**knead lightly for rolled biscuits or you may drop dough into greased muffin tins to bake. **For rolls or biscuits, roll on lightly, floured surface about 1/2 inch thich. Cut and place on greased cookie sheet. Allow to rise, covered, about one hour. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
