1/2 c. oleo
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2 quart saucepan combine 1/2 c. oleo, 1 cup water and 1/2 tsp. salt. Cook until very bubbly.
Add 1 c. flour and stir well while still on the heat and forms a ball. (I continue this for a few minutes).
Remove from heat. Add 4 eggs one at a time, stir very well after each egg.
Drop on greased cookie sheet. Makes about 12-13 large cream puffs. Bake at 425 degrees for 35 minutes.
