6 to 8 firm ripe tomatoes peel & dice.
2 larger cucumbers, peel& dice.
2 stalks of celery, diced.
3 to 4 green onions, chopped.
1 green pepper diced.
3 Tbsp of miracle whip
salt & pepper
1/4 tsp of celery salt
garlic powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel & dice cucumbers in a bowl, need to chill first, add salt, refrigerate for 1 hour. Then drain off water that develops. Add other diced vegetables and toss together. Add seasonings and miracle whip. Toss. Then refrigerate.
