Notes: This is an OLD recipie passed down form Dr. John Bastyr and modified over time. The Milk Thistle is good for protecting the liver from toxins, the lecithin helps to emulisify fats and cholesterol, the flax seed is and Omega Fatty Acid and is wonderful for the skin, the grains provide carbohydrates and protein and the nuts provide protein as well. The dried berries are an excellent source of flavonoids which are good for strengthening blood vessels in the body. Enjoy!
