1 cup margarine
1/4 cup cocoa
1 cup water
2 1/2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk (if using dry buttermilk-add 4 Tablespoons dry buttermilk to 1/2 cup water)
1 tsp soda
2 eggs
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Boil margarine, cocoa and water together in microwave. Sift together flour and soda.
Add sugar and buttermilk. stir in eggs. add vanilla. Add cocoa mixture. Spread in jelly roll pan. bake 400º for 20 minutes.
