4 tsp butter
3 eggs
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk
1 lb shredded monterey jack or cheddar cheese
2 pkgs frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 9X13 pan. Beat eggs and mix with baking powder, flour, salt and milk. Add squeezed spinach and cheese, mix. Spread over butter in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool 1 hour or more. Cut in small squares. Serve or freeze. Reheat at 325 degrees fo 15 minutes
