1 8 ounce package cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 or 2 (61/2 ounce) can Snows minced clams, drained, reserving 1 tbsp of liquid
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup and dip mix
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1/4 to 1/2 tsp cracked pepper (optional)

Directions:
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 cup sour cream (8 oz) and reserved liquid. Beat until well blended. Stir in clams, soup mix, Worchestershire sauce and pepper if desired. Cover and chill at least one hour. Refrigerate leftovers.
