2 pkg chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
8 ounce sour cream
1 T grated onion
1 T lemon juice
2 cans cream/potato soup

Spread spinach on bottom of buttered 8X8 pan. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over. Top with Parmesan. Bake @350 degrees 50 to 60 minutes.
