1/2 Cup Shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 large bananas
2 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Shortening and sugar. Add beaten eggs and bananas. Sift flour, salt and soda. Add to other mixture. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour mixture in greased and floured bread pan Bake at 300 º for 1 hour or until toopick comes out clean.
