One whole chicken
3 stalks of celery
2 small onions
2 carrots
2 14oz cans of chicken broth
1 14oz can of water
1/4 cup of rice
Salt, pepper and Accent
Bisquick baking mix

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the chicken with 2 stalks of celery, one onion and one carrot -all chopped up. Add 2 cans of chicken broth and 1 can of water with salt, pepper and accent to taste.

Simmer, covered, for 2 hours then remove meat from chicken save the broth and dispose of the vegetables. Add 1/4 cup of rice to the broth and simmer, partly covered, for 30 minutes then add 1 onion, 1 stalk of celery and 1 carrot all diced and put the chicken in and simmer for 30 min with salt pepper and Accent to taste. Add dumpling recipe from Bisquick baking mix on top of chicken and vegetables then cook according to directions on the box.
