4 eggs
2 cups low fat cottage cheese
1 16 ounce can pumpkin
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Place eggs in blender, process until beaten. Add next 3 ingredients, process until smooth. Fold in raisins and pecans. Pour into baking dish 12x8x2 sprinkle top with cinnamon. Place baking dish into larger pan with 3/4 ounces warm water. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
