3 C flour
2 C white sugar
1/2 C cocoa
1 t salt
2 t soda
2/3 C oil
2 C water
2 T vinegar
2 t vanilla
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 C white sugar
1/4 t salt
1 (6 oz) pkg. chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together: flour, 2 C sugar, cocoa, salt and soda. Add oil, water, vinegar and vanilla. Fill cupcake papers 2/3 full of the above mixture.

Mix together until fluffy: cream cheese, egg, 1/3 C sugar and salt. Add chocolate chips to mixture.

Drop one heaping teaspoonful of cream cheese-chocolate chip mixture into each cupcake. Top with a little of remaining batter.

Bake at 350º for 25 min. Dust with powered sugar when cool.
