Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 bunches fresh broccoli
1 lb. elbow macaroni
1/2 to 3/4 C. extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed or minced fine
Grated Parmesean or Romano cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix garlic with olive oil day before to let flavors infuse. Cook macaroni "al dente", rinse and drain well. Steam broccoli to crisp-tender, drain and immediately plunge into ice water to stop cook and to preserve color. Mix broccoli with macaroni, add some of the garlic infused oil and stir to mix well to coat -- you may not need use all the oil. Chill several hours -- sprinkle generously with grated cheese when serving.

Personal Notes:
I'm guessing at the amount of oil as there is no amount written down for that on June Bug's recipe. So, don't put it all in because 3/4 C. may be too much. I'm sure you could use colored spiral pasta successfully in this as well but June always used elbow macaroni.
