1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup mashed bananas ( 3 large)
1 1/2 tbsp. sweet or sour milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 cups sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 cup chopped nuts




Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugar, beat eggs until light then add to butter &
sugar, add milk & lemon juice to bananas & combine with butter,
mixture. Then add dry ingredients, add nuts.
Bake at 350' for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. (depends on oven)
I bake this in a loaf pan.
