2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed or freshly peeled and grated potatoes
½ cup melted butter
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 Tbsp dried onion flakes or fresh onions, chopped
1 small carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups grated cheese
2 cups crushed cornflakes
¼ cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except cornflakes and ¼ cup butter. Put in an oiled 9x13 pan. Cover with cornflakes and ¼ cup butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. From Nancy Danielson
