2 cups flour
1 cup salt
2 cups cold water
2 Tablespoons oil
4 teaspoons cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a heavy pan and stir at medium degrees. Stir until not sticky and not gooey. Take out of pan and place in a bowl. Divide into small balls and add different colors of food coloring for several different colors of play dough.

This recipe came from Reva Coleman, a lady who tended my children when they were little. My little girls liked to make play dough with Reva and then had lots of fun creating and imagining.
