1 lbs Jumbo shrimp
2 lobster tails (cut up in 4 parts)
1 pint oysters
2 whole crabs’s (cut up body in 4 parts and crack legs)
4 whole pods garlic
1 fifth red wine
Accent
Red or black pepper
3 tbs oil
10 – 12 quart pot
1 lb scallops
8 chicken wings
1 lbs crab fingers
1 lb scampi (jumbo shrimp)
1 large onion
1 bottle jumbo file (seasoning)
1 can tomato sauce
Season salt
2 tbs butter
Rice or pasta

Wash seafood thoroughly. Fill 10 – 12 quart pot ½ way with water. In a skillet with oil and butter, sauté garlic onion and jumbo file. Add chicken wings and cook 20 minutes. Pour everything from skillet (including drippings) into pot with water. Add all other ingredients except crab. Cook for 15 minuets then add crab & wine. Add seasoning to taste. Cook and additional 45 minuets. Serve over rice or pasta.
