2 1/2c. cake flour, sifted
1 2/3c. sugar
4tsp. baking powder
3/4tsp. salt
1/2c. butter(don't substitute)
1 1/4c. milk
1tsp. vanilla
5 eggs yolks

Directions:
Directions:
Remeasure cake flour and resift into mixing bowl with sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add butter, and 3/4c. of milk. Mix two minutes on medium speed scraping bowl occasionally. Add 1/2c. of milk, vanilla, and 5 egg yolks. Mix two more minutes. Pour into greased/floured pans and bake at 350º for about 30 minutes depending on size of pan.
