1 can beef consomme
1 can mushrooms
1 stick oleo
1 can onion soup
1 c raw rice

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a covered casserole. Bake at 450º for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake at 350º for 15 minutes.

Aunt Mice made this on a visit and it became a favorite of the Stafford Part gang. We named it Mice Rice. The second generation of Stafford Part's gang also love it.
