2 lbs ground beef
1 c apple sauce
1 c dry bread crumbs
2 eggs
1-3/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Shape into 28 small meat balls. Roll in flour. Sear. Put in baking dish. Add 2 c tomato juice. Top with 1 green pepper, 1 carrot, 1 onion -- all diced. Cook one hour or until cooked through in 350-degree oven.
