2 C. flour
2 T. sugar
3 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1/3 C. Butter
1 C. milk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450* Grease round layer pan 8" x 1/2". Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter thoroughly until mixture looks like meal. Stir in milk until blended. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
