2 lbs. shrimp
1 c. seasons mix (onions, bell pepper, celery, etc)
3 T. garlic, minced
1 stick butter
1 c. Half and Half Cream (approximately)
1 tsp. liquid crab boil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. flour
˝ c. Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. of Angel hair pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté seasoning mix and garlic in butter until tender. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Add salt, pepper, and crab boil, to taste while continuing to simmer. Add half and half and slowly stir in the flour. Continue to add half and half and flour, blending as you add, until you have the desired amount and thickness for the sauce. The sauce should be not be runny, but not a paste either. Add cheese and stir, removing from heat. Serve over Angel hair pasta with additional Parmesan cheese as a garnish.
