1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 box Jiffy cornbread or substitute
1 can cream style corn
1 c. milk
¼ c. vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup jalapeno’s, chopped
8 oz. shredded cheese (Mexican 3 cheese, or cheddar)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Jiffy cornbread mix, cream style corn, milk, oil, and eggs. Pour half of the mixture in a greased skillet, or casserole dish. Top with ground beef, onions, jalapeno peppers and cheese. Pour remaining batter over top and bake at 350ºF for 45-50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
