Loaf of cocktail rye bread
Mayonnaise
1-2 Cucumbers, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
Lemon pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Spread slices of cocktail rye bread with mayonnaise as you
would spread a piece of bread with butter.
Put a cucumber slice on top of each cocktail rye bread spread
with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle lemon pepper on top.
Arrange on a plate and serve.

Easy and tasty appetizer.
