Combine in saucepan:

2 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter or margarine

Directions:
Bring to full boil over moderate heat, stirring frequently. Boil
for 15 minutes over moderate heat, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Add: 1 -5-10 oz. jar marshmellow cream
1 -6 oz. pkg. buttercotch chips
1 -6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
Blend in 1 c. chopped walnuts and 1 tsp. vanilla.
Pour into 9 inch square pan. After set, cut into squares.
