5 c. nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients thoroughly. Store mix in moisture proof container. To make 1 cup of hot cocoa, put 3 heaping tsp. of mix in an 8 oz. cup. Add small amount of hot water and make a paste. Add more hot water and stir well.
