2 cups sliced, cooked or canned carrots
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 2 tbsp. sutter in skillet, add 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 1/4 dry
mustard, 1/4 tsp. salt. Add 2 cups cooked, sliced carrots and
simmer, turning gently with spatula until sauce reduces to give
carrots a shiny glaze. Stir in 1/8 tsp. white pepper before serving.
