2 T flour
1/2 c shortening (Crisco)
1/2 c confectioner sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Cook slowly until thick the milk and flour. Cool in refrigerator until cold. Mix with shortening, confectioner sugar and vanilla. Beat until fluffy.
