7 1/2 quarts popped popcorn
2 C brown sugar
1 C butter (not margarine)
1/2 C light corn syrup
1 t salt
1 t baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 200º. In a saucepan, heat butter, sugar, corn syrup and salt. Stir occasionally. When mixture comes to a full boil, cook for 5 min. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda. Pour caramel mixture over popcorn and mix until evenly coated. Bake for 1 hour in large, greased roasting pan, stirring every 15 min.
