1 9" unbaked crust
3 large eggs, well beaten
1/2 C sugar
1/2 t salt
1/4 t nutmeg
1 t vanilla
2 1/3 C milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, sugar, salt, nutmeg, vanilla and milk and beat slightly with electric mixer. Pour into unbaked shell and bake at 450º for 15 min. then bake at 350º for 25 min.
