1 1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c water
1/2 tsp salt
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, water and salt in saucepan. Cook and stir constantly until sugar is dissolved. Wash sugar crystal from side of pan. Cook without stirring to firm ball stage. Slowly add syrup to egg whites beating constantly. Add vanilla. Beat until frosting will stand in stiff peaks.
