Ingredients:

1 large bag frozen hash-brown potatoes
1 jar pimentos
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can mush
1 jar Cheese Whiz
1 small can water chestnuts
1 small can Ro*Tel tomatoes
1 cup diced ham
1 large can French-fried onions (Reserve some for topping)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Bake in 350º oven until brown on top.

This recipe is one that I received from a friend at a barbecue given by my sister and brother-in-law, Noreta and Bobby Henderson, on the Lampasas River about 30 years ago. Since I received it 'word-of-mouth' you will have to decide for yourself just when to take it out of the oven!
