1 angel food cake
12 oz chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons sugar
3 eggs separated
1 pint whipped cream
(1/2 cup nuts optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips with sugar in microwave at .4 power level. Remove from heat and cool 5 minutes. Stir in egg yolks one at a time. This will make a hugh chocolate clump. Beat the egg whites into stiff peaks. Beat the chocolate clump into the egg whites thoroughly.
Then gently fold the chocolate mixture into the whipped (stiff) cream. Butter a 9 x 13 Pyrex. Break 1/2 the angel cake in bite sized pieces in the pan. Pour over 1/2 chocolate batter. Repeat processes with remaining cake & batter. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
