Dry Rub:
3 Tbsp Paprika
3 Tbsp Seasoned Salt
3 Teasp Black Pepper
3 Teasp Crushed Red Pepper
3 Teasp Garlic Powder
3 Teasp Red Pepper
1 1/2 Teasp Onion Powder
1 1/2 Teasp Dry Mustard
3/4 Teasp Celery Salt
3/4 Teasp Chili Powder
3/4 Teasp Cumin
Mix all ingredients in a bowl



Barbecue Sauce
1 medium onion, diced
8 cups of ketchup
2 cups of beef broth
8 Tbsp. of dark brown sugar
2 Teasp. Texas Pete
1 Cup cider vinegar
6 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 Cups of Dark Mollasses
2 Tbsp Dry Mustard
4 Tbsp Chili Powder
4 Tbsp Cumin
1 Teasp Curry Powder
2 Teasp Kosher Salt
1/2 Teasp Cayenne Pepper
1 Teasp Black Pepper
1 Can of Tomato Paste
2 Teasp Roasted Garlic

Rub: Rub ribs with olive oil and then cover with dry rub. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Sauce:In large sauce pan saute the chopped onion and garlic in olive oil until soft. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer over low heat for an hour.

Cooking Instructions: On grill cook ribs until 3/4 of the way cooked. Lower heat and brush on sauce and turn frequently so not to burn. When they are done, slather and I do mean slather the ribs again with more sauce and serve.
