One 3-pound boneless venison roast
1/2 cup Wishbone robusto Italian dressing
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
One chopped onion
One cup Kraft mesquite smoke barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place venison into a large, self-sealing storage bag with the Italian salad dressing, bell pepper, and onion. Marinate overnight. In the morning, put contents of the bag, including liquid, into a crockpot and add one cup of barbecue sauce. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Remove roast, shred it and return it to the sauce. Serve on buns.

Seems as if this takes about 7 or 8 hours, but I use deer steaks. This looks like Sloppy Joes, but because it's deer meat, we call it Sloppy Does. We think we are so funny...
