1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup flour
1 stick Fleischman's original margarine, melted and cooled
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups angel flake coconut
unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar, eggs, and salt until thick and lemon colored. Add flour, cooled melted oleo, milk and coconut, one at a time, mixing thoroughly but not overbeating. Pour into unbaked, 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 325º for one hour (or until done.)

The top of the pie will crack and collapse. Other margarines can be used, but the taste will change accordingly. Try the Fleischmann's.
