1 C. flour
1/2 C. softened butter
1 C. ground pistachios or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients, press into greased 9x13 pan, bake at 350 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.

First Layer
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 large Cool Whip
Beat together the cream cheese and sugar, fold in Cool Whip and spread over crust.

Second layer
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. instant pistachio pudding
3 C. milk
Beat pudding mix with milk, allow to thicken, spread over first layer.

Topping:
1/2 large Cool Whip
1/2 C. Chopped Nuts
Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts (if desired)

Can be used with any flavor of instant pudding.
