2 strips bacon
1/2 cup onion, finely diced
1 can (1 lb.) Stokely's Finest Shellie Beans
1 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
few grains pepper
2 tbsp white distilled vinegar

Directions:

Cut bacon in one-half inches. Brown lightly with diced onion.
Add liquid drained from shellie Beans. Cook down to about one
half cupful. Add remaining ingredients and shellie beans. Heat
and serve.

Sometimes it is hard to find Stokely's Shellie Beans, so I either
use a different brand, or just use regular green beans. It is a
great change for your everday green beans. Try it.
