3 lbs Russet Potatoes
1 Vidalia Onion, thinly sliced
1 c. Mayonnaise
1/2 c.Buttermilk
1-1/2 tsp. Dill weed
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and dice potatoes into 1 inch squares. Boil until just tender, drain. Combine mayo, buttermilk, dill weed, salt & pepper. Mix lightly with warm potatoes & onions. Put in the refrigerator to cool. mixture. Dressing will thicken as it cools.

This is a nice alternative to yellow potato salad. Very creamy! Make one day ahead so it has time to cool!
