Brownies:
1/2 c. Butter
1/4 c. Cocoa Powder
1 c. Water
1/2 c. Vegetable Oil
2 c. Flour
2 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 c. Buttermilk
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla

Frosting:
1/2 c. Butter
1/4 c. Cocoa Powder
1/3 c. Buttermilk
3-1/4 c. Powdered Sugar

Brownies:

Boil first four ingredients. Pour over remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in a greased and floured jelly roll pan at 400º for 20 minutes.

Frosting:

Boil first three ingredients. Cool to room temperature. Add cooled ingredients to powdered sugar and mix well. Frost cooled brownies.
