1 - 6 oz. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
4 c. Kellog rice krispies
1 tbsp. water
1 - 6 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. sifted confectionary suger
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
1. Melt butter scotch chips with peanut butter in heavy saucepan over very low heat stirring constantly until well blended and remove from heat.

2. Add rice krispies ceral stirring until well coated with butter scotch mixture. Pour half of the cereal mixture into buttered 8 x 8 x 2" pan and chill in refrigerator while preparing fudge mixture. Set remaining cereal aside.

3. Combine chocolate chips, sugar, butter and water and stir over hot water bath until chocolate melts and mixture is well blended. Spread evenly over cereal mixture. Spread remaining cereal mixture over top of chocolate, pres gently and chill. Remove from refrigerator for about 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
